Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By using the Elever platform you agree to these terms in full.
1. General
By accessing or using the Elever website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Elever reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method — no payment is collected until your order is delivered. Prices are listed in Qatari Riyal (QAR) and include applicable taxes.
3. Delivery
We deliver across Qatar. Delivery fees vary by area (QAR 50–120). Most areas in Doha and Al Rayyan receive same-day delivery. Remote areas may require next-day delivery. A member of our team will contact you to confirm the delivery window after your order is placed.
4. Returns & Exchanges
As all our products are freshly baked food items, returns are not accepted for change of mind. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or below standard, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full.
5. Freshness & Ingredients
Everything sold by Elever is baked in-house at our Doha kitchen using the finest ingredients. Full ingredient and allergen information for any item is available upon request — please tell us about allergies when ordering.
6. Privacy
We collect only the information required to process and deliver your order. Your personal data is never sold to third parties. By placing an order you consent to us contacting you by phone or WhatsApp to coordinate delivery. For full details, please contact us directly.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
